Mosquito has both a spring and a summer season. The spring season runs from mid-April to June. Games and practices are held on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. The field locations are on both the North and South side of PoCo. Mosquito is for players who are aged 9 and 10 as of January 1st of the current year.

The Mosquito field has base paths of 60 feet and pitching is from 42 feet. It introduces the players to stealing bases for the first time. Games are six innings long.

Equipment required is a batting helmet, glove, cleats, and an athletic cup. When the season gets started each player will receive a team jersey and pants as well as a PoCo ball cap. The uniform must be returned. Players get to keep their ball cap.

A schedule of games and practices along with the team that your player is on will be emailed at the end of March.

Summer Season

The summer season runs in July and August. There are various tiers available to players including "A", "AA", and "AAA Teir 1" and "AAA Tier 2". The "A" division is open only to those players who are in their first year of Mosquito. Information regarding the summer league will be emailed to players in May.
