Registration for All Star Season is Open

Registration for 2012 Spring Season is Now Open

All players, coaches and volunteers need to register online. If you have any questions about registration, please contact the Registrar at registrar@pocominorbaseball.com.

Registration fees remain the same as in 2011. To view fees, go to Divisions, then "All Divisions'.

Registration Guidelines

Important: According to BC Minor Baseball regulations we cannot register any players who do not reside at a Port Coquitlam address. If you reside in another community but have played for PoCo in the past, you need to register with your home association. Depending on the circumstances you may apply to BC Minor for player movement. If you have any questions, please e-mail the registrar at registrar@pocominorbaseball.com.

Players wanting to play up a division must register in their age group and request to play in the higher division in the comments section. These requests will be reviewed on an individual basis.

Any registration not made online must go through the Registrar. Division Coordinators are not able to accept registrations. If you do not wish to register online, please contact the registrar at registrar@pocominorbaseball.com.

No registration is considered final and the player will not be placed on a team until all payments and supporting documents have been received and volunteer registration has been completed for at least one family member.

 
Using the Online Registration System

If registering for the first time, families will need to set up an account. Players, Coaches & Volunteers will all register separately. You should find the online registration very simple to use. If you encounter any problems or have questions regarding the system please contact the registrar at registrar@pocominorbaseball.com. PCMBA will make every attempt to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee that they can do so.

Please remember to complete the volunteer registration after you have completed your player registration.

 
Refund Policy

All requests for refunds must be made via email to the Registrar at registrar@pocominorbaseball.com. The date on which the written request is received becomes the basis for the determination of the amount of the refund, if any.

  • A full refund is available up to March 1st.
  • Refund requests received after March 1st and up to April 1st will be subject to an admin fee of $25 which will be retained by PCMBA.
  • Refund requests received after April 1st and up to April 15th will be subject to an admin fee of 50% of the registration fees which will be retained by PCMBA.
  • No refunds will be issued on requests received on or after April 15th.
  • No refunds will be issued for All Star or Fall Ball.
