2008 REGISTRATION

Registration for the 2008 season will take place:        Click here to open Registration form

• Dates: January 12, January 26, and February 9, 2008, Time: 9 AM to 1 PM
• Location: Poco Recreation Center (Ice rink) in the "Mabbett Room" upstairs.  Wilson Street at Mary Hill Street (scroll down for map)
• Please bring cheques to registration - no cash please!. One cheque is for your fees (to be dated with today's date), one cheque for $50 is for the volunteer deposit (to be dated July 1, 2008), and one cheque for $50 is for the uniform deposit (to be dated July 1, 2008). 
• For those registering after February 9, please mail your completed form, with cheques to: PCMBA, PO Box 271, Port Coquitlam BC V3C 3C7
• If you complete your mandatory 2 hours volunteering and fax the completed form on time, your volunteer deposit cheque will be destroyed. If your uniform is returned undamaged and on time, your uniform deposit cheque will be destroyed.

When you register, please make sure you ask for the baseball registration desk. Every year, many kids are mistakenly signed up for softball, instead of baseball. Softball registration takes place in the same room at the same time. Please make sure you ask, so that you do not sign up for the wrong sport!

Click here to see divisional fees. Please note that a $25 late fee will be assessed for registrations after Feb. 29, and space for your child is not guaranteed if you register late.

Cancellations after April 15 will be assessed a $15 administration fee.
